Your signup information
This notice applies to the Community Safety and Resilience Councils signup form.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, contact details, participation type, any optional responses and your update choices to review your registration and discuss onboarding. Please do not include incident reports, health information or private details about other people.
Where it goes
Registrations are stored in a separate Community Safety and Resilience Councils database provided through Sites in the Foundation for a Path Forward workspace. Yusuf Siraj is the designated reviewer. Signup records are not displayed publicly.
Your contact choices
Submitting the form allows us to contact you about your registration. Email updates, WhatsApp updates and any future BeeGood invitation are separate, optional choices. No messages are sent automatically by this form. A future BeeGood invitation does not automatically transfer your details or create a BeeGood account.
Review, correction and withdrawal
Keep the private link shown after submission. It lets you check your review status or withdraw. Withdrawal removes the name, contact details and written responses from this signup database. A minimal record of the registration identifier, dates, review events and withdrawn status remains. Registration information is kept while onboarding or participation is being considered. You can ask Yusuf for a correction when he contacts you; you can also withdraw and register again with corrected information.
Basic protection
The form uses a short lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. It does not store the raw address in the signup database. Hosting providers may keep operational logs under their own policies. Downloaded planning worksheets stay on your device unless you choose to share them.
